Non-Returnable Items

Returnable Items
The only items approved for returns are sustaining point-of-sale items that are not-flagged as “non-returnable.” Requests for returns and credit must be received within 30 days of the order date. The shopper is responsible for any damage to material by the carrier upon return to Ritway, Inc. or designated supplier.

Program items with order deadlines can be edited until the posted order deadline date. Once the order deadline date has been reached, sales are final and items cannot be returned.
